The idea was to paint some of the men we have influenced our art careers starting with my arrival in ATL back in 1994.
We have a super long list and had to narrow it down because we have come across a ton of great folks, community leaders, supporters, fellow artists, teachers, instructors and collaborators. Lord Yatta and DTM narrowed down the list to 24, and we put together an artshow in February 2020 at Tri-Cities Tatto Company in East Point, GA, south of ATL. My idea was to mix my Azteca Moderno theme with Hip Hop and find a few of the amazing Artists I have come across in the 20 plus years of my art career. This group of creatives run the broad spectrum of what ATL has to offer: Musicians, community leaders, rappers, digital artists, muralists, filmographers, educators, motivators, public speakers, fine artists and djs! The art consists of a 16 x 16 inches Shadowbox style frame, acrylic paint and wood hand cut to almost a real life size! Big ups to Lord Yatta for securing the wood and cutting it down to size for this project. Masked Men playlist on YouTube All the Paintings On Behance PAINTINGS BY LORD YATTA

I created an NFT of my friend DJ Tom Laroc today. Drew it live on Behance.net/dacreativegenius with Adobe Fresco and then exported to Illustrator for the final touches before uploading to Open Sea and gifting it to Tom himself. See the art here. The livestream replay here. work in progress shots, drawing on Adobe Fresco with the iPad Pro 12.9, M1
Skullys, a digital illustration project by DTM featuring pop icons in the Skully style born from the @SkullyTuesday hashtag started in 2011. Each Skully individually created in Adobe Fresco on the iPad Pro M1.
Follow instagram.com/skullyseries for the full list of Skullys. Coming to an #NFT drop near you. The 100 Pencils Project is one of the first Adobe Creative Residency Community Fund projects of 2020.
I, Dan Flores aka DTM, am super excited to be a 2020 Recipient and I present to you the 100 Pencils Coloring Book! The 100 Pencils Project is a love letter to all the all art materials artists come across when exploring their creativity. From the first crayon and Number 2 pencil to the fancy quill pens and expensive markers, Artists from all disciplines will recognize the art elements featured in this project. I will draw and create the coloring book and related images in Adobe Illustrator for iPad. I will stream on Behance and share my step by step process, from sketches to final page artboards. I will also share screenshots on my Social Channels along with keeping a journal here on this Behance Post. The resulting products include a coloring book, posters and plenty of free digital goodies available to download here on this Behance Portfolio. Adobe Team CreativeCloud Team Illustrator for iPad Team Illustrator for Desktop I own a ton of markers, pencils, brushes and pens. It was my thought process that I should use my own materials as a source for the art that I will create. Yes it is easier to just find images online but there's no guarantee that I will find the exact marker/pencil I am looking for and it may just be easier to spend a few hours taking photos of my own elements!
I used my desk with a large Bristol sheet and my Canon T3i to take the pictures. I created an Action in Adobe Photoshop so I could scale down and clean the lighting a bit on the 194 photos I took! Some images are repeated, I rather have too many photos than not enough. Check out the complete project here: 100 Pencils Project. It's finally here!!! The latest update to @SketchableApp in the @MicrosoftStore includes my awesome art piece: "ALPHA Creates" This is a mix between Aztec, Art, Creativity, CyberFunk, Space, SciFi and of course, The Art Life! Ever since I started drawing with Sketchable in my Surface Pro, I wanted my art to get a feature in the app along with the art pieces that were in the In-App journal along with @SeegMiller_Art @LawrenceCanDraw 2020 is when I finally got the chance to create something special for Silicon Benders, the developers of Skechable App. Brothers Miles and Ryan Harris have been super to work with ever since I met them in 2016 at our Microsoft Art Battle in Downtown ATL.
