The Project:
300 foot long Mural on the side of the Master Windows Systems building on Defoor Hills to wrap around the corner of the building. Once painted, the art on the building will be visible from a quarter mile up on Collier Street. The Task: To creatively compose several Atlanta elements into an elegant, urban and pleasant design. The elements included big letters wrapping around the corner, the city of Atlanta skyline and a train to symbolize the region's transportation hub. The Solution: Create several sketches for the client to choose one and approve the idea for the mural. Digital sketching was produced on MangaStudio for easy editing. Final Illustration was executed in Vector format (in Adobe Illustrator) for ease of color changes, edits and formatting of the artwork to any desirable size. The Result: A one of a kind mural design to shine brightly on the corner of Defoor Hills and Collier Road bringing color and creativity to Upper Westside Atlanta.
